I spent years in Customer Success at SaaS companies in India. I know the space from the inside - what it takes to break in, what hiring managers actually look for, and what trips people up along the way.
I built NudgeLab because I kept seeing talented people stuck in support and BPO roles who had everything they needed to make the move - except someone to show them exactly how.
THE STORY
When I was building my CS career, I looked around for structured training built for the Indian market and found almost nothing. The content that existed was either too generic, too expensive, or built for the US/UK job market.
Meanwhile, I was watching people with 3-5 years of solid customer-facing experience — support agents, BDE reps, telesales professionals - struggle to make the move into CS. Not because they weren't ready. Because they didn't know how to position themselves, what to say in interviews, or how to build a portfolio without prior CS experience.
That gap is exactly what NudgeLab is designed to close. Every session, every template, every framework in the program comes from what I have actually seen work - in real hiring processes at real SaaS companies in India.
